Alaska, photographie de Jérémy Bernard
Eva Walkner, Christine Hargin and Nadine Wallner head up to Haines to discover Alaska. After 10 days heliskiing, the trip had to be shut down after Nadine crashed. She broke her leg and had to go for surgery. They will be heading up north next winter again and finish this "Alaskan exploration".

A word about the work

Alaska, Haines, april 2014

Paradise lost to skiers and mountaineers, Alaska is traversed by huge mountains and glaciers as far as the eye can see. An overflight of these mountains by plane allows to admire the extent and the beauty of this place. Having no visual comparison, it is difficult to realize the size of these mountains, the one in the center of the photo is about 1000m vertical drop.
