North Face of Bassin d’Argentière, Chamonix, 2017.
It is necessary to wait until the end of the spring to be able to hope for light in the North face of the basin. After a heavy snowstorm, the clouds dissipate and give way to a unique sight. The rocks are covered with frost and the last rays of sun come to illuminate the spur N-E.
