Maud Bernos crossed ports and cities for three years in order to immortalize the faces of 39 sailors, men and women in their sea back.
The idea was to take a picture just after their arrival, to capture their marked faces, with tiredness and fear sometimes, but all riched of several landscapes. A book with all the pictures called ” All the sailors have blue eyes” was published by Gallimard.
